Course Intention: To outline the philosophy behind an organisation's Occupational Safety and Health management system and how shiftwork fits in.
Provide practical information on shift rotations, timing of tasks, hazards, health effects, fatigue and sleeping, health and physical fitness, diet and digestion and social effects of shiftwork.
