Course Location: 

All OH&S Consulting training is performed face to face at your premises or a Training Venue can be arranged (at an additional fee).

 

Course Intention: 

This awareness course is intended for all personnel in the workplace. It can be used as a toolbox awareness-raising topic to revisit the importance of correct lock out and tag out.

 

All attendees will receive a certificate of attendance.

 

Learning Objectives & Outcomes: 

Upon completion of this course participants should be able to:

  • Identify and discuss the operating principles of `Danger – Do Not Operate’ and `Out of Service’ Tags.

  • Recall the importance of isolating the work environment before commencing work

  • Danger – Do Not Operate Tags.

  • Out of Service – Tags.

  • Types of Lock out / Tag Out.

  • Importance of Tagging.

  • Electrical Isolations.

  • Permit to Work.
